By participating in the Balagio Gift Card Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older.
Employees of Balagio Ristorante & Banquets, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
2. Giveaway Period
A new giveaway begins on the 1st of every month.
3. Entry Limitations
One (1) entry per person per giveaway period.
Entrants must reenter during each new giveaway cycle to be eligible.
Automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize
Two (2) winners will receive a $50 Balagio Gift Card, valid for either Homewood and Mokena location, This gift Card or Applied discount is only available at the chosen location. Applied discounts must be applied in full and can not be used as a tip to their server!
Winner may select either Mokena or Homewood as their preferred pick-up location.
If the winner is dining in at the time of the drawing, the prize may be applied as a $50 discount credit directly to their check instead of a physical card.
Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. The gift Card is only Accepted at the business of the winners choice, EX: you can not use a Balagio Homewood Gift Card at the Mokena Location and vice versa! All location choices final, no exchanges on gift cards.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners are chosen at random using an electronic spin wheel of names from all eligible entries.
Winners will be notified via Facebook Direct Message (DM) and/or the email address provided on the entry form within 72 hours of the drawing.
Winners must claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited.
Balagio reserves the right to verify winner eligibility by requesting photo identification.
6. General Conditions
Balagio reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of these rules.
Balagio may suspend, modify, or cancel the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen events compromise the integrity of the promotion.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Balagio Ristorante & Banquets, its affiliates, employees, and Facebook from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or prize acceptance.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Balagio may use their first name and last initial for winner announcements, marketing, and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
9. Marketing & Communications Consent
By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that their entry information may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Balagio Ristorante & Banquets, including the Homewood and Mokena locations.
Participants may receive emails, text messages, or Facebook Direct Messages (DMs) containing promotional offers, special events, or updates from Balagio.
Participants may opt out of receiving future marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message or by contacting Balagio directly.
