All gift card purchases made through our online platform are final. Once payment has been processed, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted.
You may cancel your order prior to completing payment by selecting the “Cancel” or “Return to Guest Checkout” option. Once payment is submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed.
Refunds will only be granted in cases of verified technical or system error caused by Balagio Inc., Lucky Bird LLC, or our payment processor Silverware. Proof of error may be required.
Balagio and Lucky Bird are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Replacement or reissuance will not be provided.
Balagio Homewood Gift Cards are redeemable only at Balagio Homewood (Balagio Inc.).
Balagio Mokena Gift Cards are redeemable only at Balagio Mokena (Lucky Bird LLC.)
Gift cards cannot be transferred or exchanged between locations.
Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards do not expire and no maintenance or inactivity fees will be charged.
If you believe an error occurred with your order or balance, please contact the appropriate location immediately. Verified errors will be corrected or refunded as required by law.
