By purchasing or using a Balagio Homewood gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Online Purchase Fee

All online transactions are subject to a 3.79% administrative/convenience fee, which covers secure payment processing, encryption services, and transaction management through our third-party payment processor. This fee applies only to online purchases. Customers who purchase gift cards in person at the Homewood location will not incur any additional fees.

2. Gift Card Usage

Balagio Homewood gift cards are redeemable exclusively at:

Gift cards purchased through this website cannot be redeemed at any other location, including Balagio Mokena or other affiliates.

3. Ownership and Responsibility

Gift cards should be treated like cash. Balagio Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards and will not replace them under any circumstances. Once issued, the card and its value become the sole responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

4. Expiration and Fees

Gift cards issued by Balagio Inc. do not expire and do not carry any maintenance, dormancy, or non-usage fees.

5. Payment and Authorization

All transactions must be authorized by the cardholder’s financial institution. Balagio Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or technical error.

6. Limitation of Liability

Balagio Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use, inability to use, or redemption of a gift card. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the face value of the gift card purchased.

7. Modification of Terms

Balagio Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
