Welcome to the online gift card purchasing portal for Balagio Mokena, operated by Lucky Bird LLC. These Terms of Service govern the use and purchase of Balagio Mokena gift cards. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Online Purchase Fee

All online purchases are subject to a 3.79% administrative/convenience fee to cover secure payment processing costs. No fee applies when purchasing in person at the restaurant.

2. Gift Card Usage

Balagio Mokena gift cards are valid exclusively at:

They may not be used or redeemed at Balagio Homewood or any other establishment.

3. Ownership and Responsibility

Gift cards are the property of the bearer. Lucky Bird LLC assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed cards. Protect your gift card as you would cash.

4. Expiration and Fees

Gift cards never expire and will not incur dormancy or inactivity fees.

5. Payment Authorization and Fraud Prevention

By submitting an online order, you authorize Lucky Bird LLC to charge your credit or debit card for the purchase amount plus applicable fees. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction or refuse service if fraudulent activity or error is suspected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lucky Bird LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to gift card use. Liability is limited to the original face value of the purchased card.

7. Amendments

Lucky Bird LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting.
